So this is getting great reviews, and I decided to watch it. It might be a little too gay for some (no-phobia), but there's great acting and story.

Anybody else gonna watch this?

Oh and the obligatory is needed. (This show is really gay, not in a derogatory way, but in a "this is all about trans people and gays" kinda way).

This is almost too gay, and I consider myself a pretty open-minded person PC Principle would be proud though.

6 episodes in on the second season. It's actually a pretty good drama

I've been wondering is this is actually as good as they say, or is it getting lauded for its subject matter...

Not that I mind the subject matter, its just there's too much TV to be watching something that's not great.

I didn't like it at first, but it's grown on me. It's actually a good family drama. Top notch acting and dialogue.

2 episodes left and I'm enjoying it. Great acting and drama.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this. If you look past the overt gayness of it, it's a great family drama that just happens to center around sexuality. I see why it's getting such great reviews.

And Carrie Brownstein is in it. I love her from Portlandia. She deserves more credit.

Great acting and dialogue.

And a chubby Arnold Rothstein from Boardwalk Empire is in the last episode
