watched the trailer on mute; from the looks of it, it seems like a 2014 version of being john malkovich :yeshrug:

Max Simkin repairs shoes in the same New York shop that has been in his family for generations. Disenchanted with the grind of daily life, Max stumbles upon a magical heirloom that allows him to step into the lives of his customers and see the world in a new way. Sometimes walking in another man's shoes is the only way one can discover who they really are.

Sounds interesting. I don't know how its going to turn out.

Thought was horrible and couldn't watch all of it.
He essentially has the power to assume the identity of anyone whose shoes he magically repairs and slips on.
What is one of the first things he does? He goes to a restaurant orders a bunch of food and then slips on the shoes of a customer and runs out on the bill!
Dare to dream Adam, dare to dream!
