Sad how the east disrespected the west,
but had no problems with teaming up with the south,
which in the end is was one of the major downfalls of the east,
as to how the south been on top for some years now.

well, when the East dissed the West, we were still on our high horse....on some arrogant s**t. we were only looking at the West as being a passing fad...not realizing the East was being engulfed by a New Era and not able to smoothly transition or adapt. By the time the South started gaining prominence...they were stacking major and the East Coast particularly NYC which had been the best at setting the standards and trends...started mimicking and whoring themselves out. NYC once known for pioneering and setting trends became best known for d**k riding and sellin their a**.

Knocking heads off by Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz Ft. Jadakiss and Styles P has to be my favorite Ny/South collab.

That arrogant shyt is always before a fall off. NY kinda deserved it treating the south and west like second class citizens:ld: and I'm a fan of the old east coast rap.
