The reason Pap didn't blow was honestly because of that 50/G unit wave. shyt stopped a lot of upcoming NY rappers momentum, Pap, Fab, Saigon... I know Fab been around for a while, but I can't help but think he had Next after Jay, then 50 came, nikka been a B list rapper since.
