I was torn between the pear scene, when he first becomes the leader of clemenza and basically forms the family, and the exchange with fanucci, but this he speaks the most italian, which HE LEARNED, and here is the apex of his acting: he is DOING young brando, as all his mannerisms, in italian, and talking and thinking just like him. Its amazing really.

that's one of the most upsetting scenes I've ever seen on film

I saw this movie for the first time a few years ago

I didn't know what to except when the first whole hour revolved around the wedding scene basically

but after that, it didn't feel as long of a watch, even though the movie is 3 hours long

movie was riveting

Classic, this is the type of scene where only an actor's actor can really do, because it comes off so natural
