Rock lost it a little. Tambourine was good, had some good shyt on failed relationships but definitely not great. And Dave is way more insightful at this point in their careers

John Mulaney is obviously very good at what he does, but his humor is to cac for me too totally fukk with it.

Haven’t seen Tambourine, but other than that I agree with the OP. Game Night and Tag were great surprises when I was starting to think the ensemble comedy was starting to fizzle out. I’ll put Game Over, Man in there for pure ridiculousness.

:yeshrug:America is too PC right now to drop any reeal funny movies like pre-2010. The social media backlash isn't worth it.

Every comedy I see now tippy toes around shyt to not offend females, gays, etc. :francis:

Star is a tough one. Kevin Hart and Melissa McCarthy are still making money from comedy films and they are stars in every sense of the word. It's the actual stories that seem weak lately I think. Look at what they are making.
