Ok but Eric beat WWF for multiple years. When is Tony gonna do that? There’s a ton to criticize Bischoff about, not sure AEW stans should be the one to go down that road tho or else it exposes their empty trophy case

I believe my sentence that people took umbrage with was AEW being more profitable than WCW ever was and that's a fact.

It's like this...a promoter that has a father thats deeply rooted in fortune from oil to sports, of course he's going to turn a profit because most of the money is coming out of his pocket.
A normal promoter wouldn't spend a shyt load of money on "The Final Countdown" and other licensing music because it's not in the budget.
This argument of Bischoff has sour grapes is silly as hell, when Bischoff just stating truth on booking 101, along with the countless others that got shoo off by the sickos and marks.

My stance on AEW attendance/ratings was always that one person wasn't going to make much a difference if the booking wasn't good. Punk wasn't making a difference after a while and he came into the company in a much better position than where Mercedes came in. The company was nearing it's peak creatively at that point in time.
Also, you really should stop with the sports analogies. You got handled in the other thread and ran back in here the last time. Nobody believes you watch sports or know anything about football.
