Tell me though what's up with these stars/celebs and pad work vids? Why do they always share pad work and never heavy bag work or any other kind of work that's in boxing training? Why it gotta be pads, is this some trend?
Maybe it's what makes them look the best if they drilled in these movements idk... but it's not hard to look at least decent on the bag either

I think it started when Roger and Foyd started posting their padwork..

Then other boxers started doing it, then celebs caught the wave to go with the fitness wave

Its like 50+ celeb pad work videos out there and most of them look good.

yet the reaction ranges anywhere from " the pads don't hit back/ ok, doesnt mean shyt/ this is NOT an indicator that he could fight, blah blah, who cares" to forced "WOW" threads like these, all depending on popularity of the celeb.
