Just noticed NFLPA used Ted Wells press conference words against him in Brady's appeal.

NFLPA: "Given the NFL’s history of inconsistency and arbitrary decisions in disciplinary matters, it is only fair that a neutral arbitrator hear this appeal.

"If Ted Wells and the NFL believe, as their public comments stated, that the evidence in their report is 'direct' and 'inculpatory,' then they should be confident enough to present their case before someone who is truly independent."

I don't know if it matters, but the press conference was not the brightest of ideas by Wells.

What a mess. :heh:

Uncertain grounds

i posted this shyt months ago and now faggy ass werder wants to act like he did some investigating

edit: january 20th

just for emphasis

Via CBS Connecticut, Tom Brady told WEEI in Boston more than three years ago that he likes deflated footballs.

“[W]hen Gronk scores – it was like his eighth touchdown of the year – he spikes the ball and he deflates the ball,” Brady said in November 2011. “I love that, because I like the deflated ball. But I feel bad for that football, because he puts everything he can into those spikes.”

Goodell will hear Brady's appeal.

And uphold it, then off to the courts.

This dude really wants to go to court.

This just happened this month: http://www.forbes.com/sites/vincent...nds-roger-goodell-and-the-nfl-a-major-defeat/

As it currently stands, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has nearly unchecked power when it comes to arbitration cases and complaints brought to the league by employers, players included.

While narrow in its scope, a recent ruling by the Missouri Supreme Court invalidates the commissioner as arbitrator pertaining to league employees in that state, specifically employees of the St. Louis Rams and Kansas City Chiefs.

The ruling that was handed down last week concludes that there are tremendous inconsistencies within the current league constitution and bylaws.

He should just appoint an independent arbitrator to get this over with because you know Brady and his lawyers will take this outside the NFL jurisdiction especially since that Missouri ruling. This dude really acts like any publicity is good publicity.

Ya, that case was really underreported. It will be interesting to see how that will play out in the future regardless of this brady case. Either way the NFLPA where idiots giving into the owners on Goodell having the right to appoint himself in arbitration.
