Convo came up about who's the new rappers that are good these days. I said out of some rappers now, only a few I like, not really a fan of this era :yeshrug:

Then a younger white dude and younger black guy was naming off people they like and mentioned Hopsin. I told em "Ehh he's ok, sounds too much like Eminem". White dude was like whats wrong with that

I said...Nah, I hate white people who try hard to sound black. Always doing that dumbass "YOOO homey whats up bro?!?!!" shyt is disrespectful and gets me heated

That CAC lost it, he was almost in tears :mjlol:

I would've stopped talking to them as soon as they brought up Hopsin because I already know how the rest of that convo would go.

"Eminem is the GOAT and Tech N9ne and Hopsin are underrated bro" :DatPrivilege:

"You listen to mumble rap? That's not real music man. Did you listen to Kamikaze? These mumble rappers are finished :DatPrivilege:"

I wouldn’t have stopped there OP. I would’ve gone down the list of the other cac rapers that should’ve stayed home instead of showing up to the studio.

“Oh, I’m racist? Ok.”

:ehh:

“Know who else I think is garbage?”

“MGK, Yellawolf, Macklemore, Mac Miller, Action Bronson, Fred Durst, Kid Rock, Everlast, 3rd Bass, Vanilla Ice, El-P, Aesop Rock, etc.”

fukk his feelings.

King of Lyrical Miracle overcompensating cac :mjlol:

Em hasn't dropped anything worth listening to in 14 years, most gassed rapper ever.

Cacs especially the youth have fully adopted black slang until they are at their offices working on spreadsheets
I said this irl and it was amazing how many black people came and :cape:

It was only old head nikkas and white boys really that hasn’t listened to anyone new since 2005

Funny how people like that always talk about "mumble rap" when it's not even that popular. The most popular acts right now are clearly not mumble rappers

Cacs talking shyt about “mumble rap” in 2018, when they really mean trap and swag rap are similar to the cacs that talked shyt about gangster rap in the early 2000s. The “I only listen to real hip hop” cornballs that don’t know shyt about real hip hop or its origins. What they mean to say is they can’t relate to non-suburb shyt.

I was at this cac DJ’s house once and he had crates of records. He was one of those types. He had just talked shyt about how Jay-Z isn’t real hip hop and then he put on this “rare” album he found from a group called Original Flavor.

:comeon:

I knew the track as soon as it started, but I played dumb. Then it came to Jay-Z’s part and he was on some, see this is real hip hop, not even knowing it was Jay-Z.

:gucci:

I said you know who that is, right? I had to get the album and show him who was credited on the track.

Most of these cacs are willfully ignorant. They only wanna hear what confirms their beliefs and block everything else out.

People like that are out of touch, if they really paid attention to the current scene they would notice trap is kinda on its way out. I cringe when people talk about "real rap" and dismiss all modern rap besides Eminem or someone like him.

And fukkin Eminem accused Xan and Pump of copying Lil Wayne, which is bullshyt. They are trash but not Wayne clones at all.
