Since your biceps and other smaller muscles can get worked out while doing compounds do you still participate a lot in dumbbell workouts that target your bicep and tricep muscles?

I understand when trying to get bigger your chest (torso), back and legs are the three muscles you have to focus on the most.

Just want to make sure I’m not doing arm workouts with dumbbells too excessively since I do take one day to exclusively do arms with dumbbells.
