A Philadelphia man has been officially charged with indecently assaulting an employee inside a South Philadelphia Dollar Tree store after a video that appears to show the end of the attack went viral.

Gary Miles, 35, is charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment.
Police said Miles indecently assaulted a female employee inside the Dollar Tree store on East Snyder Avenue back on June 23, 2024.

Store employees told investigators Miles often frequented the Snyder Plaza and the nearby I-95 underpass prior to the attack, according to police.Police also released surveillance photos of Miles wearing a shirt with a candy cane on it that read, "It's not going to lick itself."
Police did not reveal the details of the assault. Video that appeared to show the aftermath of the incident was posted on social media, however. The viral clip shows a man running away from the store while a crying female employee yells that the man ejaculated on her leg.
Philadelphia hip hop star Meek Mill shared the video on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, stating he would give $2,000 to anyone who helped find the suspect.

Miles was later arrested on Wednesday, July 10, on the 6600 block of Greenway Street, police said.
