Besides smoking/drinking or using any other type of drugs... How do you shut off your brain and fall asleep faster?
I swear, I never had this problem. I was always able to go to sleep within 5-10 mins of lying on my bed, but in the past few weeks, shyt has happened and it makes me think and doesn't let me sleep.
