It's bad to lose weight fast.

But if you wanted to, drop your calories to 1500 and run at least 4 miles 5 times a week. You'll lose weight super fast but you'll feel like shyt all the time and probably end up binge eating and gaining all the weight back. I know from first hand experience.

Drop calories to around 1500 calories,

Intermittent fasting. Eat all of your calories with in a 8 hour window. Like from 11am to 7pm.


I lost 20 lbs in a month and a half like this and im still dropping. Just dont have a huge appetite or urges to over eat anymore.
