What i'm saying is there's a hypermasculinity trend in the black community that promote aggressivity, violence, and ignorance in the black community instead of critical thinking, learning, and hard work, more than in any other communities. We can blame white supremacy as we want, but hip hop influence heavily the mind of the young black male to act a certain way they perceive as signs of masculinity. For example, young black male see money as an end because that attract woman and you live a luxury lifestyle, but others communities valued money as a tool to build more and more things for themselves. Another example, young black male don't use their brain and words or negotiation tactics to resolve problems, like we used to do in the past, because many of them lack education to analyze and express their thoughts properly. Why do you think that a lot of black neighborhood are violent, and many young black are killing themselves, there's no way for them to communicate because in their minds black men are not supposed to communicate between each other, expressing your emtions and your thoughts is a weakness in the hip hop hypermasculinity trend, black men are human too, they can be depress, feeling sad, or things like that, but this hypermasculinity trend show them they must keep a strong and angry face. Hip Hop's hypermasculinity is a huge problem in our community, we can't continue to use ignorance, agressivity and violence in our community as a way of living.

Do you really want to compare organized crime with street gangs, why do you think they called it organized crime. These people have critical thinking, and think before acting, they won't go near a school and sell drugs, and they are not going to hurt innocent bystanders, go to the italian neighborhood and look how the mafia live with his own people, an go to the black neighborhood and see how streets gang live with his own. How many innocent italians are dead by the mafia in Chicago vs how many black innocents are dead by streets gang in Chicago today. I would have no problem with these thugs if they were better organized and let their neighborhood safe and the innocent people alone, but street gangs are formed by young male who adopt this hypermasculinity trend, BMF is the best example how black street gangs are stupid to operate any crime activity compared with the triad, yakuza, and mafia...They can't think objectively and act without ignorance because they imitate the stupid life of rappers. They selling drugs in their own neighborhood and they're shooting where their own family live, Italians don't do that, they have codes and laws, and they can sit somewhere and speak on how handle conflict or make peace with the enemy. Why do you think the government can work with the mafia but not street gangs. In Japan, the government can sit and negotiate with the Yakuza, same thing in China, Russia and Italy. But street gangs are acting to stupidly to keep them in check.
