They were a victim of timing. Unknown cosign by the Neptunes with Suckas, and the album comes out 2 years later. Had the Neptunes stood by them during their rollout, after Neptunes were that sought after name, perhaps their career has a different trajectory. 2 Years later, the Clipse come out. But story around Philly was they ended up owing Neptunes all of this money.
