it will give you the best results while giving your full body a good workout.
got anything you would recommm
look up the starting strength routine.

Honestly...do whatever you will stick w/.
Already was on that program till I fukked up my back doing squats like 7-8 months ago and I'm shook now

this loseit app says I need to eat 1600 calories to reach my goal weight losing 2lbs per week. I'm 193 lbs and 5'9''

I feel like I would be starving tho eating those few calories

In my opinion that is too quick to be losing weight if you are already under 200 lbs. I don't want to be a goal crusher, but you really need to set smart goals. 1 or 1.5 lbs will be better for preservation of lean body mass and will allow you to eat more throughout the day and keep your energy up.

At 1600 calories you have nowhere to go if you hit a weight loss plateau. If I were you I would start at 2200 calories per day and see where that takes you. Increase your workout load before you drop your calories. That gives you room to move down to 2000 calories once you plateau, then to 1800. 1600 is just dumb for a male, that is the type of number you hit when you are sitting at 8% bodyfat and trying to get down to 6-7%
