Already was on that program till I fukked up my back doing squats like 7-8 months ago and I'm shook nowlook up the starting strength routine.

this loseit app says I need to eat 1600 calories to reach my goal weight losing 2lbs per week. I'm 193 lbs and 5'9''
I feel like I would be starving tho eating those few calories
