Used it for about 4 years even after the changed the formula. It works for my body chemistry. I experienced no crash, skin tingle, high energy and pumps. If I took it after 4 p.m It was very difficult to fall asleep at night. When I finally made it to sleep though when i woke up I didn't feel tired or anything. It's weird. I do find it over priced compared to other competitors. Right now I'm using Hyde. This stuff hits even harder I feel, and the dosage is concentrated so you take a smaller amount. It doesnt foam up when you stir it like NO sometimes does.
