This year's Mania buildup is the worst in years

You wanna talk about shytty Mania cards let's talk about shytty Mania buildup. This has got to be the worst Mania season in years Rock, Brock & Triple H aren't even there every week and they're in the main event Punk/Taker is basura. Let's admit it, this shyt feels like a B-list midcard rivalry not an Undertaker Wrestlemania match. The last 4 years were over career-defining, history making feuds but this shyt is just lazy. Rock/Cena had their first good segment tonight when they've had 6 weeks to come up with something. Triple H is stinking it up on the mic every night and the rivalry itself doesn't feel as personal as it should be.

Jericho vs Fandango?? Why are Cesaro, Miz, and Barrett still feudless?

The only decent buildups so far is the Shield feud (even though they've been doing the same thing for weeks). The rest is either or filler like Del Rio & Swagger or Hell No vs. Dolph & Big E. They've had 2 months what the hell is this brehs

Jesus Christ... adults really shouldn't cry this much.

That being said, yeah the buildup has been blah for the most part. But I actually think the show will be far better than the build, and that's really what I give a shyt about most. They ain't charging us to watch Raw every week or selling match hype promos on DVD... long as the show delivers, I'm good.

As for these Raws lately... with the exception of one or two, most of these have been DVR-worthy at best. Watching them live has been far more strenuous.

The build up is horrible, but how much more can you build up rematches. The big picture about this Mania is will Punk end the streak, and the buildup for that has been legit. My only complaint is the midcard has been totally wiped out from getting a chance to shine. Still I think Mania will be good, and if it's not it wont be the first Mania that let people down. No one is forcing anyone to watch. For those who are going..... see ya'll at Metlife brehs

I stand by the idea that if Punk comes out in Takers old gear and Heyman is dressed like Bearer that would be one of the sickest entrances/outfits in WM history.

The undercard has some intrigue to it though, the tag match is interesting because it could be the starting point to the break up of Hell No, the Fandango match is interesting to see how he wrestles in this character and Jericho can make anyone look good, the Shield vs. Team WWE is a culmination of months long build up and Ryback/Henry is a good old fashioned monster match w/ a possible big moment.

The build has sucked, but the actual booking of matchups aint bad

It would garner so much heat, especially if they do the druids and all that shyt and he comes out with the hood then points to the stage an Paul E Bearer comes out then he flips the hood up and they start laughing.

Place would fukking kill them for it since Takers WM entrance is sacred shyt and this whole feud has been set around Punk just mocking the mystique of the Undertaker.

But he has to enter first.

I totally agree. The Swagger and Del Rio feud is just flat. Zeb Coulter is a good character but Swagger just doesn't have the charisma to pull this gimmick off. All he does is stand behind Zeb shouting 'we the people' over and over like an idiot.

It's true, I was a big fan of Swagger in ECW but he never materialized and should just be a tag team wrestler.

And you can say the same thing about ADR, he was struggling as a heel and they turned him face and while he started off alright, his character is kinda forced too. When I heard him say "I was born in Mexico, but I was made in America". fukk that, that's the corniest most forced patriotic pandering I ever heard.
