This was supposed to be a year of epicly piff movies but so for its been meh..

The Avengers was the only sure shot flick.

All the flicks leading up to Avengers was meh. From Safe House to Contranand. I mean 21 Jump Street was able to stand out which speaks to the quality of movies surrounding it.

Now people will say The Dark Knight did its thing, but There are no other quality movies to compete with it. Total Recall and all the other movies that came out after TDKR has been meh at best. And even with TDKR, there is a lot of division. This board proves that much. Hopefully the Fall/Winter lineup can salvage the year. Bourne, 007, Django etc.

that's why I say I'm hoping the second half of the year comes through in the clutch. All of the supposeded blockbuster flicks tha came out and I only went to see two (TDKR and Avengers). It didn't even seem like Spiderman came out this year, and it came out Last Month. shyt is disgusting.
