to me it seems like itd be a good transition to an outro for a track

or even an interlude

OK
It has a good melody, it just needs a better drum pattern. Right now it just sounds like the drums you would use in the intro building up to the first verse.

The drums playing in my head right now on top of this melody:wow:

yo it's gonna sound so dope, i'm still working on the drums. all these drum kits and i can't find anything that hits hard or right :sadcam:
Give it to me. I'll hook it up. I'll put some godly drums on it. Put up just the instrumental, no drums, and make it downloadable through soundcloud.
if i hand in an instrumental version with no drums you still gonna give me credit?:usure:

bruh this shyt could be a monster

the issue is the drums are way too soft. that kick needs to be pumping especially for something like this. an u could use more percussion.

you could add some hats//rides/etc too. it's got a rock intro feel to it, so compliment it and give it some life with percussion. throw a crash/cymbal in when the guitar hits sometimes, put in a tom fill every now and then or something, add a little bit of hats...possibilities are endless.

but yeah the drums are weak as fukk. not just the pattern, i mean...they're literally weak. they have no weight or impact to them...and they're buried in the beat. sorry breh but even stock fl drums bang tougher than those, so don't blame the kits. it's your sound choices and mixing.

i haven't even mixed it in yet, i just don't know what kind of drums i should go for in terms of how it sounds, the beat is done but i'm still working on the drums like you said

EDIT: do you have a drum kit you can recommend me ?

I would say try to get a female artist to cover it with some sounds then just leave a few hard hitting bars or a story. Wouldn't reccomend for a major track, as stated, just use for an interlude or outro.
