These have been the best few months of my life. Last year, i was blessed with a beautiful daughter by my beautiful wife, i was granted a reality show on USA Network and I was beginning to believe it may have been time for me to hang up my boots and go be a family man. I figured i did all i could do here in WWE. But then, I met you, Shane and you helped restore the feeling back inside me. You helped bring me and my father closer together, you helped me hold championship gold once again in WWE, and most importantly, you helped me believe in myself in a time when i started to lose faith in myself and it was an honor to have you as my tag team partner."

- WWE Champion Daniel Bryan cuts a PROMO saying how he actually never liked or respected Shane McMahon because it was Shane McMahon who was part of the brass that wouldn't clear him to wrestle and Shane was the one who took pity on Daniel Bryan and made him be an authority figure. Daniel goes on to say he took proud in going against the Authority in 2014 and here he was now being part of the very thing he was fighting against. Daniel goes on to say how fickle the fans are to turn on him and cheer Miz last week and how his life got better when he decided to not worry about the fans and just do him.
- Shane McMahon comes out and says how he was the one who stood side by side with Daniel Bryan every step of the way and even teamed with him at Wrestlemania 34 and is ashamed to see how Daniel Bryan turned out a year later and schemed his way to the WWE Championship.
