North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
I'm up to 4 sets of 25 push-ups twice a day and will start increasing sets every week

Dips, sit ups, lunges, barbell curls and I use resistance bands for my shoulders and back. I can work out when I wake up before I go to be or when I'm bored at the crib. I do mountain climbers and jumping jacks for cardio.

You should add in some pull ups.

I bought one of those pull up bars you attach to your door but i'm too tall for my doorway. :manny: don't have a plan b yet.
:what:you can lift your legs up out straight in front of you, put your legs indian style or bring your thighs to your chest and do your pull-ups. Work your core at the same time.

Consider adding or mixing in some:

-Pike Push Ups
-Dive Bombers
-1 Leg Calf Raises off the edge of a stair, go slow so you don't have to do 50
-Squat Variation - Deep Squats, Bulgarian Split, Shrimp Squat, One Leg Box Squat
-Burpees
-Russian Twist
-Leg Lifts
-Planks
-Iron Crosses
-Hyper Extentions (Lower Back)
-Swimmers (Lower Back)

Basically, try to hit muscles from different angles.

And definitely try to find a way to do some pull ups. You didn't list any erxercises for your back.

Cool site I stumbled upon looking for new exercises -> Start Bodyweight Training
