These nikkas had more faith in giving a murderous alien who ATE all of their family an apology and some candy for him to stop, than they did in Piccolo actually winning a fight

Piccolo might be the most disrespected and underappreciated character in the entire franchise.

Personally, I think that how the Buu Saga should've ended. With Vegeta's final sacrifice killing Buu.

I thought they should have made a mini-filler arc with Piccolo getting his shine on and saving the day... like how they had Gohan save the day in the "Garlic Jr. Saga" without Goku's help and how they made the "World Tournament Saga" for Kid Trunks and Goten to joke around and how they made the "Great Saiyaman Saga" for Gohan to swagger jack the dance moves of the Ginyu Force
