I went to copy a link on my phone and when I tapped to go back to my browser the shyt made a tiny window and kept playing Any other time the shyt would just stop, even if I was splitting the screen on apps

Is this shyt brand new or am I just finding out about it? It doesn't seem to work on every video though.
