Mad Tv was a great show once.

Back then this was rightly viewed as satire, pointing out how bigoted, stupid, and ridiculous these nationalists were. That’s why it was a comedy sketch.

Now this ideology has become more mainstream, no longer mocked or challenged by those in the media or in public office.

Even Lee Atwater would be blown away by the influence and power these rubes have amassed over the last few decades.

i've heard Lorne Michaels blackballed actors from Madtv
I can see why. They were beating SNL ass for a minute. Plus not long after that show came out they were low-key churning out talent that started to make a few moves in Hollywood
