Looks like a raw vegan resturant. I'm vegetarian and I eat pretty much the same thing as I did when I ate meat I just opted for the healthier options.


Raw vegans don't cook at all and tend to eat larger portions to feel full.

This is what I'm snacking on today. Cauliflower "chicken" wings.

Vegan food always feels good the first 2 months because you are basically deleting alot of horrible dieting you've been doing for years

But after that time, your body will slowly and slowly be depleted of nutrients and can cause alot of problems to your organs

Industrial meat industry is far far more wasteful than eating vegan. The amount of cropland used to feed animals in America could feed nearly a billion people.





Vegan food always feels good the first 2 months because you are basically deleting alot of horrible dieting you've been doing for years

But after that time, your body will slowly and slowly be depleted of nutrients and can cause alot of problems to your organs

That's not the experience of anyone I know. Though I agree it's much easier to get complete nutrition if you add a small amount of animal products to your diet. Most people out there eating 10x more than they need tho.

I'm personally not vegan but when decent plantmilk is available, I'm eating vegan probably 90-95% of meals and feel/perform way better.
