Thank God
If a few people remember my other thread, I mentioned how I was doing a 300 rep leg workout
A lot of people thought it was overkill. Truthfully, I was doing it per body part 4 days a week (legs, chest, back, shoulders)
At various weight moderations and various exercises, I've been doing it for about a month. I've seen some good results (but I also changed my diet and supplement intake) and was really doing it for muscle endurance for my upcoming PT test ( I often did more than 300 reps at times, feeling like 300 wasn't enough)
But I can honestly say I'm worn the fukk out. After doing this for about a month, this week has been the most difficult. I think I've run into a wall with everything. I originally planned to do 2 months, but I might just switch back to a couple weeks of light, full body, calisthenics and then cycling into heavy/low rep routine, then back to a light going into my PT cycle.
I still feel like 4 weeks isn't enough, but I feel like I was burning out/overtraining. I'm not really against overtraining but not for long periods of time
