He's 6'0 just like me but he is 155, I'm 145. I don't lift or really do anything at all, if anything I'll work out for 2 days and forget about it but I've managed to have this body. This pic was in August. I have a rusty ass weight bench in my back yard, do yall think I could get to his stats pretty quickly? Gimme some advice.

if by quickly you mean 2+ years...then yeah.

He may weigh only 10lbs more than you on weigh in...but he has more size and a lower body fat percentage.
Look at his thighs...they are huge.

You'll need a good set of dumbbells and a solid bench. If you can get a power rack than you'll be more than good.

Until then...It's

Pushups
Sissy squats/bodyweight squats
Lunges
Prison tricep dips
Monkey bar pullups or pullup bar at local park.

Oh and eat some more. Try to work your way to 2500-3000k calories

You looking at 8 months to a year, and thats with a *stellar* fukking diet. 155 may sound like nothing, but you know he walks around probably 20LBS heavier. You have mad bulking to do, and would have
to be on point in every aspect.Realistically? Year and a half or more. Don't let people in here fool you, cause his muscular development is way further along than yours. Even if you gain 10lbs of straight muscle, you may not look anything like him.

Good luck, but keep your standards grounded.
