you could tell her you noticed she lost a lot of weight and that it looks good on her but not to lose anymore or else she will start to look a little too thin. and make sure you're looking a little concerned when you tell her the "it looks good part". that part has to look a little un-sincere. almost like you're sugar-coating the fact that she lost too much weight.
