I think I'm gonna treat this like when you're watching a TV show and you get past the point where the show jumps the shark and begins to suck. Then it has like, that awful final season that you don't watch and pretend like it never existed and maintain in your mind that the show ended on a high note with the last good episode. 
That's what I'm gonna do. CM Punk pinned Rock for the 1-2-3 and retained the belt again and then roll credits.

Did people really think Cena vs Rock was really going to be once in a lifetime?
I think I'm gonna treat this like when you're watching a TV show and you get past the point where the show jumps the shark and begins to suck. That awful final season has lasted for a good 6-7 years though.
You can see they're trying hard to bring about the youth movement, but as long as they're still fixated on pushing the same 5 or 6 guys you can't expect any real change.
Right now, I'm watching just for good matches. I don't expect anything good to last storyline wise as long as #cokeboy is in charge.
About as much as we believed HHH/Taker 2 was really the end of an era.

Look man, I ain't saying I'm interested in them doing the same shyt over and over either. But with that bein' said, you can't put "pops" in a bank account. You'd bank your biggest show of the year based on who got big cheers in the Rumble, as opposed to something that drew big money and can draw again? It just doesn't make sense. Especially since some of the same people bytchin' about "waaah Cena vs Rock" are the same ones
every week about how CM Punk didn't draw as champ and thus didn't deserve to be champ. How you gonna criticize someone not bringing big ratings/dollars, but then whine when they use two people who have drawn to headline their biggest show of the year? Who'd you think was gonna headline it? Ziggler? I'm the first to say I wanna see different things (i.e. my posts in the Lesnar thread about having him do something other than face people he already had feuds with 10 yrs. ago)... but if I was RUNNING WWE, I'd pay much more attention to the people spending money than the ones posting about how much they hate my show. That's why the IWC stays mad and they stay not givin' a shyt.

nikka, Matt Hardy was getting pops like no other about 4/5 years ago...shyt, Funaki, Smakdown's #1 announcer, used to get ovations every time he was shown on screen. Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Ron Simmons with his "Damn" catchphrase get big reactions when they show up...with that said, AINT NOBODY PAYING TO SEE THESE nikkaS MAIN EVENT A PPV, LET ALONE MANIA.
I don't care bout Cena vs Rock II, I didn't even watch the first one, but that doesn't change the fact that WM did numbers last year and WWE is falling the fukk off in terms of numbers. Might as well milk what they got until its no longer producing. Like I said, I might not like it, but I understand it. The WWE aint trying to entertain, its trying to stay profitable. From a business standpoint, Cena vs Rock II makes perfect sense.

if its about $$$ you can do rock/lesnar or rock/punk or if they so badly want rock/cena they didnt need the belt...this is about cena getting his win back to save face plain and simple...and year 2013 being cenas year like the years 2005-2010 werent cena years ?
