This anime shyt is pissing me off

In this thread we gonna posts our issues with anime these days.

I'm a black man who grew up on DBZ and yu yu hakusho so now and then I find myself watching anime.

Now I got used to the awkwardness here and there but there are certain things that piss me off.

I recently checked out crunchyroll and I saw a couple of them and after awhile I am getting tired of this shyt.

A majority of animes are centered around school. From Super powered student councils, to student fighting after studying and such, to transfer students being the main antagonist for super powered battles and that shyt. Now I see why the suicide rate is high there because every where the kids go they get school thrown in their faces.

A majority or animes have fan service. Now a few fan service here and there is cool but these guys overdo that shyt. Panty shots, teasing prudes and all that shyt. I feel sorry for anyone who watches this shyt regularly.

Pedo and incest shyt. These guys got young girls dressing in revealing clothes and shyt I had to cut off most of these animes that I checked out because of it. This shyt is sickening.

Even worse when these guys have an obsession with their sister like its a fetish or some shyt.

Yuck....

I see it all over crunchyroll.

Every time I try to check a new anime they put school in there somehow. Its like they are trying to pass off some pedo shyt too cuz they got young chicks panties showing and shyt.

Makes me wonder why these old as dudes be specifically animating this shyt.

The lack of variety is annoying.

Cosign the weird schoolkid/Ero dynamic. That shyt isn't wavy. Part of the reason I can't get into Kill La Kill. The chick is like 12 with clothes that keeps ripping off and getting torn. Not with that. I came up with Dragonball Z, YuYu Hakusho, Gundam. Fist of the Northstar and other shyt. Cats died every other episode. I can't take this soft stuff. Everything nowadays is so emotional and angsty

Too much introspection in my opinion. In a fight that's supposed to be life and death and quick as fukk, most of the time these characters spend half the episode talking to themselves in their heads.

Too much explaining and not enough showing.

shyt is too corny. Not enough badassery. And when it is, it's forced and beaten into your head through the way of overbearing anime archetypal characters.

I feel you on the incest, fanservice, harem and moe bullshyt. Unfortunately that stuff sells and if it sells well they'll keep on producing it. What anime needs is more show like the Noitamina block. Show that are outside the box, we see enough of your typical middle/high school show. We need more college and Adult anime. That wont sell well because otakus want cute shyt. Which is really sad tbh.

There are good shows out there but you got to search for them. Like someone said JOJO is dope. I would personally recommend Hunter x Hunter. Its a senien disguised as a shouen show. What are you into? I can recommend some shows that have come out in the last year or two you might like.

I'm into anything that doesn't have the majority of it in a school. I have no issue with the character being a student but I hate it when the majority of the story happens at school. The way they mix school into these animes are ridiculous and forced and I can't stomach much anime that do that.
