Thinking of switching to an all/mostly calisthenics routine during cut

im thinking about throwin weights in the bushes and doing just calisthenics, but dont know a good routine to start wit :manny:

it will involve one-arm pushups. plyometrics, and some pure endurance shyt.

if you dont put something similar to 400 lbs of force against your legs, you'll lose some there for sure :unsure:

legs are an exception. if not squats then weighted jumps. anyone denying the effectiveness of those is looney.

This is exactly what I meant. Your a big dude semtex and I know you lift heavy. You have a lot more to lose than us lil nikkas

edit: I just want to add that I did an all calisthenics workout a year or two ago (school summer gym membership expired). It's not the same bruh
