Thinking about PHAT

Thinking about starting PHAT on Monday. Is it a good idea? I know a lot of y'all have or are doing it. Would you all recommend it?

I feel like my body is ready. :shaq:

Don't do it, it causes pinkeye. I started this past Monday, woke up Tuesday with fukking pinkeye. So based on my expert analysis I can confidently say PHAT gives you pinkeye.

Actually I was pissed, missed Tuesday and Wednesday. So tonight ended up being day 2. I'm going to have go all the through Sunday, actually through Wednesday since I'm flying to Miami on Thursday morning.
After 2 days I'm loving this workout. Prolly stick with this for a while since I just finished 3 months of 5x5

Today is my day 6. So I really can't give a review about results, but I dont feel like the volume is too much. Honestly I feel like its too little. I still get done in the 45m - 1h15m range, but I dont feel like I went hard.

For next week I'm looking at upping the weight on some excercises and possibily finding alernatives because my gym doesnt have everything.

I just finished day 3 and I am feeling it. Can't wait to see where I am in a month or so.

Question..Are you supposed to alternate the starting excercise on Hypertrophy days?
