Thinking about copping a BMW X3

Ready to move out of my Mazda 6 into something that sits higher, so Small SUVs here I come. Definitely think I want a black X3 and go all black everything.

Never owned a BMW and a little hesitant owning one of warranty. I plan on keeping my next joint for a long time. BMW owners out here what's that cost of ownership looking like outside the warranty?

And before you ask I drive a GS350 F-Sport (it's my stop gap car while I settle on the west coast) and I just got out of a CLS63 AMG (couldn't sit in LA traffic at 11mpg) .

The X3 is a bytches car. Plus I've never heard anything particularly good about it. Do something else with your 30k. I'd go Q3 or Evoque before X3...and that's saying a lot.

I like the look of the 2013-2015 X3(with the m sport package) but for that 25k price range i'd just jump up the 2k - 5k more and just get a 2010ish X5M.

Also I need decent mpg I commute about 35-45 minutes to work. A thirsty V-8 isn't the move.
