I'm thinking of plots, easter-eggs, parallel editing, actors you never noticed in a film etc.

I'll start:

- Tom Hardy, Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy were in Band Of Brothers.

- Michael Fassbender was in 300.

- The bad guy from Raiders of the Lost Ark, (Rene Belloq) was also the bad guy in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers movie (Ivan Ooze).

Henry Cavill (Superman) was Albert in The Count Of Monte Cristo

The two Quicksilvers were best friends in Kick-Ass.

It's pretty normal to not notice an actor was in a movie before you knew who they were though.
