The only thing I can even remotely say in his defense is that the Jets do seek him out sometimes for fan related stuff, if they're doing a commercial with fans, they seek him out. They used to put him on the jumbotron before games. If they're not doing that anymore, why cry about it unless you crave the attention? They don't owe you anything unless you were charging them and they didn't pay you.

NY is a front running ass town, who whoever got the juice, casuals will ride with, so it CAN be a Mets town. Historically it's been a National League town, but the Yankees are the most popular team here. The hardcore allegiances vary by region (Long Island, Queens, BK-- mostly Mets, BX, Manhattan, Westchester, Jersey, mostly Yankees.)
