They tryna give me a cortisone/steroid shot

In my shoulder

I been having issues for years but finally got an MRI. It’s saying I got arthritis around the rotator cuff and bicep tendinitis, I’m only 25. Jesus.

Been weightlifting since 16, got a long time to go. The doc put me on muscle relaxers and it was doing ok, but recently told me he wants to do a steroid shot in the shoulder.

I’m watching videos and it’s looks painful as hell, with a long needle. Peoples joints cracking and shyt while they stick it in. Plus they say there’s risky potential side effects. But my shoulder been fcked up since 2010

I’m conflicted on whether to take the shot

I might need to get them muscle relaxers for my back as well.

Id get it. One of my co workers who lifts got the same shyt. That shot saved his lifting life as the pain was gone immediately.

So unless u dont wanna lift, get it.
