i feel this is a fair compromise and much better than paying me 100% to pretend to work all day​

Man I just came up with this idea. What if you didn't wan to work your full time in exchange for less pay? Wll I have a solution. You can get paid less and work less hours and we will call it Part Time. Eureka!
