Granted, I am not qualified and would be talking crazy stuff, but that would gloss over 69% of the viewing audience anyway. The other 31% would be able to call me a liar or exaggeration king. More drama equals better ratings. I could say things like, "He should have caught that ball", "That's bad play calling", "Offensive line is weak", "He should have thrown the ball", "He should have held onto the ball". No matter what, you can say stuff that can't be refuted. When it gets more technical, that's where you can lose people or gain credibility, and for whatever reason, John Madden hasn't lost his credibility.
