I think it could work... Especially since the quality of video game movies increasing as time progresses.

Fallout is an amazing game.. With an amazing story. Why couldn't there be a movie made that captures the highlights of one of the greatest games ever made

The Road had that Fallout vibe too, didn't it? I guess if you had a mixture of that and Mad Max, you'd have a Fallout movie or something close to it

They will try to cram in too much stuff in there in a movie. Will at the very least need to be a trilogy.
