This is my issue with the 24/7 title compared to the hardcore title

1. The Hardcore title had actual scheduled matches on TV/PPV that effort and time went into, the 24/7 title was just a goofy backstage segment here and there.

2. The Hardcore title wasn't just everyone they had nothing for chasing 1 guy around, like I get it anyone can challenge etc but I can suspend my disbelief that someone isn't being chased around the arena 24/7

3. You got Hardcore matches from the HC Title, actual gimmick matches that were fun and entertaining, which brings up a giant plothole for me, if you can challenge for the 24/7 title at anytime anywhere and there's no DQ then why does no one use weapons?

Actually your concerns.
All are kinda boiled down into the fact.
You can attribute the original 24/7 hardcore title rules.
to elevating to become what would become backyard wrasslin.
as a complete fan driven based real medium.
Then give way to guys or being elevated as a complete overall skill package.
on the ideals of goat compared skill standard like the youngbucks.
