What y'all working with? :patrice:

I decided to switch it up this week because I'm a little tired of the "too healthy" Greek yogurt with honey. 22grams of protein, 0% fat, and organic :blessed:

The higher the fat content the better the yogurt tastes :sadcam:
I've been a yogurt connoisseur this year. Must have tried 20 different yogurts.

One of the best: Noosa yoghurt mango :blessed:

RK,

Good idea! I wonder what's the sugar level on the yogurt since it's vanilla. If you're adding your own fruit, wonder if you could switch to plain Greek yogurt. Either way, sounds good. I've heard of people adding their own fruit but I've never done it. I eat a lot of fruit away from my yogurt setting so..

TADD,
I haven't tried Fage yogurt but people rave about it.

It's frustrating to me that most of the yogurt they sell (that I see at least) is non-fat. I love greek yogurt, but I've only seen 2% for Chobani. I bought some Fage Total today though.

I've switched to plain versions of either Chobani or Fage. I typically use them for my smoothies but if I eat it as a snack or whatever I'll add either some almond or vanilla extract and granola of some type.

Did the same after realizing how many carbs were in the fruit versions. Not that 0% however :scusthov:
