i hear it's slow and relies too heavily on jump scares, any truth to this?

Some truth to that. There are plenty of jump scares, but it didn't hurt the movie. And I didn't think it was slow at all.

Saw it in the theaters. Snoozefest aside from a few scares. Harry whipping out his wand like surprise I'm a wizard bytch is the only thing that could have saved it

i watched that shyt at 6 am on a saturday, pitch black outside, and i live by myself....i woke up early for no reason and i put it on thinking i would fall back asleep....that didnt happen with this flick....my ass was up and out of my bed with lights on and shyt..i was too shook
