I love my country but just like Israel, we need to lose BADLY once and a while to avoid being Klanland.

A strong Russia has never kept America capitalists in check, its only enabled them. As they could cry "what about freedom?" everytime their interests were attacked. In fact, the Korean and Vietnam wars both proved the "find a legit boogeyman then get into BS conflicts to claim youre fighting him" play worked, and can be used to enrich capitalists with goverment contracts. It's the same play Cheney used to expand 9/11 into GWOT. A foreign state enemy can also be used to galvanize "patriotism" (aka allow goverment over reach and conformity), which makes the masses easier to manipulate.


Today's capitalists isn't some hyper patriotic person like they want you to believe they were in the 50s. The "top tier" American capitalists are basically multinational corporations. They all do multi-billion dollars worth of business with China each year. A communist state that we aren't friendly with.

The only thing that can keep a capitalists in check is the labor he depends on to maintain his wealth. It was true in the 1890s, it was true in the 1960s, and its true now. If his labor has leverage they can force him to negotiate. That is part of the reason many Billionaires want to gut goverment programs and do almost anything possible to keep the middle class stagnant and broken. If you have 2 financial classes (have and have not) then you have more leverage to control and manipulate the disenfranchised.

Foreign "enemies" just make it easier to manipulate the populace.

Is that why the whole world that isn't still under the thumb of old American and European hegemony is rushing to do business with China? Eg their booming EV sales in December 2024 year to date was like $44 billion. That's with nothing to US and almost nothing to EU markets.

Why don't you offer up some objective tangible examples of this Chinese control freak supremacist mindset? Who has been forced to "work for China"?

China dgaf about happens in your country. They do deals and make money. Unless dealing with real direct threats near their border or sea lanes, they only care about what happens inside China. This is literally their historic MO going back thousands of years. Unlike West, who in fact have engaged in real expansionist violent domination and colonialism even in modern times, going on till this day.

and when your life expectancy is so low compared to the west, what is that free health care even worth? western european countries have free health care and a MUCH higher life expectancy. i'd certainly choose their version of capitalism over russia's oligarchy.
