I don't even listen to the Hills or I Can't Feel My Face, although I have heard the songs just a few times on the radio. I usually switch it tho. The Weeknd music gotta be played all the way throughout to soak in the production, lyrics, atmosphere of the album, themes.. the singles are def mainsteam sounding but his albums tend to give the fans what they want. Looking forward to it

Like you said, he's an artist.. he can't keep making the same music with the same sound. For the most part, it still does have that "Weeknd" sound to all his newer music.
