I have done some of the work analyzing the data. Here is what I found.

• The US ranks 11th in the world (independent countries) for obesity rate at 42.7%.
• The United States has a total population of 340+ million people. We have a total obese population of 145+ million.
• Out of the top 20 countries with the highest obesity rates, America has 40 million more total obese people than the remaining 19 countries COMBINED.
• We have about 700K+ more obese people than Russia's entire total population.
• If the obese people started their own country, they would instantly become the 9th most total populated country in the world.
• America's total obese population makes up almost 30% of total obese people among the top 10 most populated countries in the world combined
  • This includes India & China who both have more than double the United States' population
• America's obese population is 10% of the TOTAL population of Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Brazil, Bangladesh, Russia, and Mexico COMBINED
• America's obese population makes up 1/3 or 33% of the top 5 richest countries combined.
