I'm not sure how I feel about this tbh. I think it might end up as a David Chapelle situation where the audience(white) is laughing for the wrong reasons.

I don't know about Uncle Ruckus as a main character. His schtick might get stale in a lead role.
If this movie happens will John Witherspoon play the live action Granddad? He looks like Granddad so no make-up will be required.
I say let this movie happen, if Tyler Perry can make all those damn Madea movies then we need Ruckus to shyt all over them.
It's hard watching reruns of Malcolm In The Middle knowing Stevie's dad is Ruckus... I be waiting for him to call someone a c00n out of habbit.
I seriously doubt this movie would get a wide release considering it's limited budget. At best this movie would be released through video on demand.
