Did McDonald's the other day for someone twice. It verifies emails but a temp email should work for whatever reason the temp email I used the other day got the email but when I clicked on verify it loaded back up the app but I was still signed out. I just made another Gmail address(simpler than I thought, username/password/birthday/gender) and it worked fine. It can tell when you use the code then log into another account and try to use it again as it will tell you that you can only use 1 every 15 minutes but if you delete and redownload it should work but I can't remember if I tried that when they had the free fries with sign up or not I think it did but I can't recall for sure.
With Taco Bell, you can just type in a bullshyt random address and as long as it has a Gmail/yahoo/etc at the end it will work no confirmation required. Others may have to be an email to verify but just use a disposable email like Byom.de where all you do is make an email address name and that's it, no password, no other email, takes less than 10 seconds to create
Krispy Kreme:
gives you a free doughnut for signing up no purchase necessary and if you put your birthday as the very next day they give you a coupon for a free dozen glazed for your "birthday" expires like next year
Taco bell:
