It's messed up but I never had issues with it. At times I tend to view the game as a child would view it, meaning that I didn't get caught up with thr politics of the game, I just enjoyed watching the game w/o even thinking about who'd on roids.

However I'm more disappointed with Barry because I felt he didn't need roids and his only real comp as the GOAT was Junior and A-Rod.

They go after Barry Da Gawd because he never admitted to it in public or said sorry for it and he isnt media friendly. They had to find a way to get baseball back after the strike and they did, but it did more harm than good in the long run. Even if they were initially legal to begin with.

The thing is media have overhyped roids so much and made it such a taboo, forget that it helps asthmatics and non sports people recoverin from illness and injuries.

i feel like this is more blatant in the nfl where everybody knows everybody is doping but nobody even cares or talks about it.

Same could be said for Clements yet the media didn't attack him as much as they did Barry. And for a good long while McGwire denied, denied, denied & the media pretty much looked in the other direction until he finally came clean
